PIKILA is an independent film production company founded in 2016 by Pablo Pérez Lombardini. Its main objective is the production of feature films and documentaries that combine artistic merit with commercial viability.

 

As of 2021, Daniela Mikel and Liliana Pardo are part of  PIKILA.

Pablo Pérez Lombardini
 

Pablo Pérez Lombardini (Mexico City, 1987) graduated with honors from Centro de Capacitación Cinematográfica (CCC) in 2015 with a specialty in Film Direction. He has written and directed seven short films, a documentary and a medium-length film. His short film “La Laguna Encantada” won the Daniel Award for the best short at the Castellinaria Film Festival in 2013. His medium-length film “Flores Silvestres” premiered at the Morelia International Film Festival in 2015 and it was exhibited at the BAFICI, the Lima Festival, the Guatemala Icarus Festival, the Helsinki Cinemaissí Festival and the Kyoto Student Festival. He has worked as assistant director for Claudia Sainte-Luce, Alonso Ruizpalacios and Rodrigo Plá, among others.

Liliana Pardo
 

Liliana Pardo has a degree in Communication Sciences and Psychology, and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Art: Decoding and Analysis of the Visual Image at the Hellenic Cultural Institute. She was Director of Production at the Centro de Capacitación Cinematográfica (CCC) until December 2011. She has produced more than 10 features films and documentaries, which have obtained various awards in Mexico and around the world.  She is currently an independent film and advertising producer, as well as a production teacher in various educational centers.

Daniela Mikel
 

Daniela Mikel  has a degree in Communications, with a specialty in Audiovisual Production, from the Universidad Iberoamericana. She has undergone studies in production, animation and copyright at the Deakin University, University of Copenhagen and University of Granada. She has over ten years of experiencing in audiovisual production.  From 2011 to 2017 she worked as Coordinator of the Production Department at the CCC. Since 2019 she has collaborated with Canana & El Estudio producing publicity campaigns and documentary series. She currently works as Delegate Producer at Warner Media.
